Etain O’Kane is a qualified Counsellor with a thriving private practice in Belfast. She has a broad range of experience as a Trainer and Facilitator, developed over 25 years working in a range of settings in the areas of social justice, minority identities, and community development. She has extensive experience of designing and facilitating training programmes. This currently includes providing training and therapeutic support to groups and business to promote positive health and wellbeing.
Etain holds a post graduate Diploma in Counselling and Therapeutic Communication, is a qualified Hatha yoga teacher, an experienced mindfulness practitioner, and the first certified Radical Honesty Trainer in Europe. Her therapeutic work, workshops and wellbeing training integrate embodied practice, trauma-informed neuroscience, relational work, and consent and boundaries.
